Your Consultant: Dr. Ed Bell, MA, Ed.D., LSC

Dr. Bell retired as  Retired  Federal Program Administrator in 2018 from the NC Department of Public Instruction, with 13 years of state-wide experience working with educators, districts,  and after school practitioners. 

He currently delivers professional development across the country for educators and mental health providers. He is also a plenary speaker, workshop presenter, and keynoter. Also, Dr. Bell teaches at NC State University and Capella University. Additionally, Dr. Bell is an afterschool expert, linking school day to after school.

Dr. Bell has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, a master's degree in counseling, and a doctorate in educational leadership. Also, he has licenses in English/Language Arts and Social Studies, grades 6-12. Dr. Bell is a licensed school counselor.
